Benbulben 526m, Kings Mountain 462m and Benwisken 514m are Sligo's Royal Peaks.
Benbulben was named after Connor Gulbain a son of a high king of Ireland.
This guided hike is planned to encompass all three peaks in one day.

The route continues up to the cross on Slievemore and rises gradually to the highest point of the day at spot height 597m overlooking the beautiful Gleniff Horseshoe. Finally we walk out along the escarpment to reach the summit of Benwisken, known as "The Breaking Wave"
