Benbulben 526m, Kings Mountain 462m and Benwisken 514m are Sligo's Royal Peaks. 
This guided hike is planned to encompass all three peaks in one day. 
Our hike will commence at Luke's Bridge and climb to the Trig pillar on Benbulbin. We then backtrack a short distance and cross over to the summit of Kings Mountain. The route continues up to the cross on Slievemore and rises gradually to the highest point of the day at spot height 597m overlooking the beautiful Gleniff Horseshoe. Finally we walk out along the escarpment to reach the summit of Benwisken, known as "The Breaking Wave"

Distance is 18kms
Estimated time is 6 hours. The pace will be be much faster than our usual hikes to enable us to complete the hike within the time frame as planned. A good fitness level is required.
