Benbulben 526m, Benwisken 514m and Kings Mountain 462m are Sligo's Royal Peaks. 
This guided hike is planned to encompass all three peaks in one day. 
Our hike will commence at Luke's Bridge and climb Benwisken, known as the "Breaking Wave". The route will continue along the escarpment rising up to the highest point of the day at 597m with a commanding view of the Gleniff Horseshoe. Our next destination is Kings Mountain via spot height 566. Finally we walk the ridge to Trig pillar of Benbulben before descending back to our parking at Luke's Bridge. 

NB****Please note this is graded a difficult hike*****. 
Distance is 18kms
Estimated time is 6 to 7hours. The pace will be be much faster than our usual hikes to enable us to complete the hike within the time frame as planned. A good fitness level is required.

Equipment required:
Good waterproof boots and waterproof clothing are essential; hiking trousers are advised, (no jeans please); spare warm layer; hat and gloves; lunch and/or snacks; water or juice drink, (1.5 litres); small rucksack to carry it all in.
Walking poles are advisable and will provide additional support
